Idaho Anti-Trafficking Coalition conducts conferences, outreach, educational trainings, advocacy, and meetings to help the community to acquire greater knowledge and understanding of human trafficking and our organization.

Idaho Anti-Trafficking Coalition, Inc. A 24/7 Crisis & Resource Hotline service provides emergency telephone crisis intervention, advocacy, resources, and direct referrals.

Our Church Involvement in the Program

Do you know that human trafficking is VERY REAL right here in Canyon County? An incident experienced by our own Debbie Kraft bears evidence of this fact! The Idaho Anti-Trafficking Coalition reports 27.2% of self-identified victims are Idahoans trafficked here and out of state. Over 71% of victims are women and girls who encounter high rates of physical and sexual violence including torture and homicide, psychological abuse, horrific work and living conditions, and extreme deprivation during transit!

Our church has gotten involved with LOVE Caldwell in helping host meetings for concerned residents, business professionals and parents to learn about what human trafficking is, who the “targets” are, what the warning signs are, and what you can do if you encounter a trafficking scenario.

Panel Discussion held on February 10

LOVE Caldwell sponsored a panel discussion on Human Trafficking on February 10 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Christ Community Church in Caldwell.  Some 45 people learned about the problem and join the fight against Human Trafficking in Idaho!

On January 5, 2023 - "The Dangers of Social Media on the Internet"

January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month. The Task Force is hosting an event for the public highlighting the "Dangers of Social Media on the Internet" on January 5 from 7 - 8:30 P.M. at the Flying M in downtown Caldwell. Due to limited seating, reservations should be made as soon as possible by calling 208-453-1819.
